1. Introduction and Acceptance
This policy applies to the website of Almanakh Integrated Company for Economic & Management Consulting (almanakhkw.com) and all of its pages and services, including the members' area, the video library and the technical reports (together, the “Website” and the “Service”). “Company” means Almanakh Integrated and the owners of the Website; “User” or “Subscriber” means anyone who visits the Website or uses an account on it.
By using the Website or signing in to a subscriber account, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted this policy, and your acceptance is legally binding. If you do not agree with any part of it, you must stop using the Website.
2. Data We Collect
- Account data: name, phone number and password (stored in encrypted form that no one, including the Company, can read), and the subscription period and type.
- Usage and security data: sign-in time and last activity, IP address, device and browser type, and the videos and reports accessed.
- Communication data: anything you voluntarily send us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
We do not collect payment-card details on the Website, and we never request more data than is needed to provide the Service.
3. How We Use Data
- Creating and managing subscriber accounts, and verifying and renewing subscriptions.
- Protecting content: linking every view to its account holder, preventing simultaneous use on more than one device, and detecting any copying or leaks.
- Communicating with you about your subscription and the Service.
- Complying with legal obligations, cooperating with competent authorities upon official request, and protecting the Company's rights before the courts.
4. Data Sharing and Security
We do not sell, rent or share your data for marketing purposes. We may share it only with the technical service providers that host and operate the Website, to the extent necessary, or with the competent judicial and security authorities where required by law or necessary to protect the Company's rights. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypt videos and passwords, and apply reasonable safeguards — although no electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
5. Cookies
The Website uses a single essential cookie to keep you securely signed in, and stores simple preferences in your browser, such as your chosen subtitle language. We do not use advertising trackers.
6. Retention and Your Rights
We keep account data for the duration of the subscription and for as long afterwards as needed for accounting, protecting our rights and resolving any dispute. You may request access to or correction of your data, or deletion of your account, by contacting us — unless deletion conflicts with a legal obligation or with the Company's right to pursue an ongoing infringement.
7. Subscriber Accounts
- Each account is personal and may not be shared, sold, lent or used by more than one person, and works on one device at a time.
- The Subscriber is responsible for keeping the password confidential and for all activity on their account.
- The Company may suspend or terminate an account immediately and without any refund upon breach of any of these terms, without prejudice to all of its other legal rights.
8. Intellectual Property in the Content
All content available on the Website — including, without limitation, videos, lectures, courses, analyses, technical reports, texts, images, graphics, logos, trademarks and the Website's design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Almanakh Integrated or licensed to it, and is protected under Kuwait's Copyright and Related Rights Law No. 75 of 2019 and the relevant international conventions.
A subscription grants the Subscriber a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to view the content through the Website only, for personal, non-commercial use, for the duration of the subscription. A subscription is in no way a transfer of ownership of any content or a waiver of any of the Company's rights.
9. Prohibited Uses
Without the Company's prior, express written permission, the following are strictly prohibited by any means whatsoever:
- Downloading, saving, extracting or copying any video or report, in whole or in part, with any software or tool.
- Screen recording, filming the screen or recording audio while content is playing, using a phone, computer or any other device.
- Publishing, rebroadcasting, sharing or sending the content, in whole or in part, through social media, messaging apps (such as WhatsApp and Telegram), platforms, websites or groups, whether free of charge or for payment.
- Selling or renting the content, or using it in any commercial, training or educational activity for third parties.
- Editing, cutting or translating the content, or removing or attempting to obscure its watermarks, logo or rights information.
- Circumventing technical protection measures, attempting to break the encryption, or sharing sign-in details.
10. Watermarking and Leak Tracing
Every video carries the Company's logo, and during playback the Subscriber's name and phone number are displayed over it and move periodically. The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that any leaked copy, recording or clip showing their name, number or account details, or technically proven to originate from their account, shall constitute evidence of their responsibility for the leak, on which the Company may rely before the competent judicial and security authorities.
11. Legal Liability and Compensation
Anyone who publishes, copies, records or circulates the Website's content without the Company's prior written permission is subject to legal action under the legislation in force in the State of Kuwait, in particular:

The Company is further entitled to file claims and take legal action in the State of Kuwait and in any other country where the publication, circulation or damage occurs or where the infringer resides, under the laws of that country and the international conventions for the protection of intellectual property, until its rights are fully satisfied and the compensation due is recovered.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This policy and these terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of the State of Kuwait shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to them, without prejudice to the Company's right to resort to the courts of any other country as set out in the previous clause.
